Creating a performance culture - Web Performance Calendar

I was fortunate enough to be able to contribute to Stefan Stoyanov’s 2020 Web Performance Calendar and this time I prepared something non-technical (not usually my thing). I wanted to write about my experience instilling a performance culture at Tipico as sometimes this can be challenging if you do not get buy-in from the right people to allocate you the resources to work with.
